Machine
Shop
Experienced aviation machinists work with precision equipment,
including CNC vertical mills and profile machines, lathes
and horizontal mills and machine centers. |
Hydraulic
Assembly and Testing
Digital electronic instrumentation with a 6,000 PSI range
capability is calibrated and certified in accordance with
U.S. Government and prime manufactures specifications.
All equipment is approved for testing electromechanical
servos, flow metering devices, and actuators.
In addition, we have overhaul and test facilities for
landing gear, wheels, brakes, hydraulic and electromechanical
accessories - an integral section of our FAA licensed
facilities. |

Warehouse
and Inventory
United Aeronautical Corporation has over 200,000 sq. ft.
of weatherproof warehouse space with 80,000 sq. ft. of
“Class A” repair and production shops just
minutes from the Burbank, California airport. |
In addition, UAC has 60 acres of storage
and warehouse in Tucson, Arizona
UAC stands ready to serve customers from one of the world’s
largest inventory of finished aviation products –
over 400,000 line items backed up by an integrated computer
network. |

Sheet
Metal Shop
The
UAC sheet metal shop is fully equipped for airframe overhaul
and repair, as well as the production of control surfaces,
fuel tanks, canopies, doors, fairings, seats and other
light metal structures. |

UAC quality-control systems conform to ISO-9002 and have
been approved by major prime aircraft manufactures. We
sell only mil-spec quality products, deliver them on schedule
and back them with the best warranties in the business.
